When you schedule an appointment you are schedule for an exact time block. This means that you need to be in the office, ready to be seen by Dr. Rosenberger at the time of your appointment.
New Patients: You need to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time if you do not have your paperwork completed. Paperwork can be sent to your by mail or retrieved over the internet prior to your appointment to expedite this process.
Established Patients: You need to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
If you arrive late, your appointment block has passed. We cannot inconvenience other patients and our staff, because of your tardiness. If you are late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. We cannot guarantee that you will be seen, or that you will be seen in a timely manner, if you arrive late. We reward patients who arrive on time by attempting to see them promptly.
Dr Rosenberger strives to see patients on time. However, emergencies do occur and we appreciate your patience. Please plan to be in our office for about one hour, to allow time for procedures and a complete evaluation and treatment.
Cancellations
Dr. Rosenberger's practice is getting busier every day. This means that if you do not show up for your appointment time, or if you cancel with less than 24 hour notice, you prevent other patients from seeing Dr Rosenberger during your appointment time.
Dr. Rosenberger can only see a limited number of patients in a given day. If you do not come to your appointment, she has spent valuable time waiting for you.
We are working to reduce No Shows and last minute cancellations. We will call you with at least 24 hour notice to remind you of your appointment. If you are unable to keep that appointment or if you have a last minute emergency, we need to know immediately.
We are now charging a $75 No Show and Late Cancellation Fee. Please be advised that you may not be able to reschedule your appointment until you pay the Late Cancellation/ No Show fee.
